We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a mall and a tram station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms were beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of choices that we had never seen before. we were thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.

The rooms were beautifully appointed and the disabled access bathroom was perfect. the family room had two double beds, which were comfortable for the four of us. the breakfast provided was excellent with a variety of good quality options that were also child-friendly. the hotel is conveniently located next to a huge shopping mall, making it a great option for a short stay or transit through. there is a tram stop in front of the hotel for easy access to the city.
