I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area near many of the great attractions in this city. Everything was within walking distance, from the fascinating fiercely independent Mayan villages to the town center. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel had a beautiful design with sleek and modern interiors. The staff were very kind and provided top-class service. The breakfast was generous, with a lot of variety to order from the a la carte menu. everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offered unique and excellent design, with a blend of modern furnishings and colonial touches. the staff were super attentive and eager to please, providing exceptional service. the hotel also had a beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxation.

The restaurant service was a bit disappointing, with one guest having to find breakfast outside because nobody attended the restaurant in the morning. the toilets in some rooms had an unpleasant smell and weren't properly addressed.

The bathroom and bath tub were a treat, and the spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise.
