The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a bathtub, sink, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. In addition, the hotel had a lovely terrace with garden furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. this place exceeded our expectations.

the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. the room, although a bit small, was well-furnished and comfortable. the staff provided excellent customer service, accommodating our requests and ensuring a pleasant stay. the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with daily towel changes. the hotel had a convenient electric pot to heat water, and the view from the window of Notre Dame de Fourvier was a bonus. the location also had easy access to public transportation and a nearby shopping street. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The noise level was disruptive in the lower-level rooms, which had limited natural light and lacked some amenities like a fridge. Communication among staff could also use improvement, as requests for additional bedding or a room change were not always fulfilled.

We stayed right in the heart of the city center, on a lively pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as we could easily walk to all the main attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet each morning, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

There was some street noise that could be heard from our room at times.
