Perfect location for exploring the city, spacious and beautiful rooms with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. Despite the lack of an elevator, the staff was helpful in handling our bags. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all of the main attractions, such as the famous bridge and the square. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. Additionally, the rooms were beautifully decorated in traditional Venetian style, adding a romantic touch to our stay. the breakfast provided was also very enjoyable, with a good selection of tasty options to start our day.

One downside was that the rooms were smaller than expected, especially compared to the pictures. the limited toiletry set provided was also a bit disappointing, as we only received a small bottle of gel and a bar of soap.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Venice that offered a true Venetian experience. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. My room overlooked a beautiful canal with gondolas floating by, providing a picturesque view. the windows and shutters were a great feature, allowing me to fully experience the grandeur of Venice while still providing sound reduction when needed. the air-conditioning was excellent, which can be hard to find in older hotels. the breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of buffet items and attentive waitstaff. the reception clerk provided a great recommendation for a nearby classical performance, which turned out to be fantastic. the hotel had charming decor, well-maintained rooms, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Despite being above a restaurant with a not very visible entrance door, the staff ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms, although small, were clean and well-refurbished, with basic amenities like air conditioning and a modern bathroom. The breakfast offered quality products, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The location of this hotel is ideal, just a couple of minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square. However, be warned that it's not well signposted and can be a bit hard to find. But once you're there, the surrounding area is great, with short walking distances to both Rialto station and San Marco's Square.

The only drawback we found was that the rooms were a bit limited on space. However, considering we only stayed for a few days, it was completely fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from my room overlooking the canal was breathtaking, and the windows provided both a beautiful sight and a peaceful soundproofing. The air-conditioning in the room was a delightful surprise, as it worked perfectly despite the age of the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with San Marco and Rialto just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of buffet items and the option of having coffee brought to my table by the attentive waitstaff.
