Great staff, nice location, convenient parking options, early breakfast, delicious variety, well-maintained rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a match at the nearby stadium. It was really cool to see the Valenciennes fc team at the hotel while we were having a drink at the bar. The facilities were basic but had everything we needed, including a decent bar and a sun terrace. The breakfast was fine and set us up for the day. The best part was the secure parking and the good restaurant nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and value.

The attention to detail is impressive, from the comfortable beds to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The staff is welcoming and the service is excellent. The location in the centre of town, in a protected area, makes it convenient to walk to the city centre and explore the nearby attractions.

I had a very nice stay at Hotel Baudouin in Valenciennes. The hotel is actually part of the Ibis chain, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which was helpful as my French isn't great. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great, just a 15-minute walk to the center. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Had a great new year stay at a recently renovated hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable which made for a great night's sleep. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from and the coffee was delicious. There was even an offer to take a cup of coffee with you. The free wifi worked quickly and reliably, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The protected parking area in the hotel backyard and basement was an added bonus.

The car park was a bit small and tight which made maneuvering difficult. , the rooms can get a bit warm at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area by foot. The breakfast offered at the hotel is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local food options, including a selection of tasty cheeses. the hotel is close to the football stadium, making it an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts.

The hotel could improve their environmental practices by respecting guest preferences regarding room cleaning and towel usage.
