The location of the hotel was perfect, very near the tram stop, allowing us to easily escape the crowds around the cathedral. The hotel was also close to all the main attractions but tucked away in a quiet side alley. The room was cozy and charming, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the canal. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard and a free coffee machine in the lobby.

Best aspects of our romantic escape included the comfortable bed and the charming courtyard view from our room. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and a short distance from the airport.

Worst aspects of our experience were the small and disappointing room, with a less-than-ideal view over a car park. The toilet in our room also had issues with flushing properly, which was quite inconvenient.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel during Christmas time. the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a vibrant atmosphere. the location was excellent, with spacious and well-designed rooms. the staff were friendly and ensured that our rooms were cleaned daily. We got great value for our money with a spacious and charming room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the river, city centre, and cathedral. The staff treated us with friendliness and the espresso machine in the lobby was a nice touch.

Food for breakfast could have been better with a wider selection.
