Lovely room and helpful concierge/reception staff. Very good breakfast. The facility was nice like an international standard for a hotel. The choice of breakfast buffet was incredible! The team was well trained to be friendly.

had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Exceeded my expectations and was even better than my previous stay in Windhoek. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was great for exploring the city. Loved the free wifi for HiltonHonors members too.

Loved the comfy beds, great location, and wonderful breakfast buffet with a variety of freshly squeezed juices. Staff did a magnificent job remaining calm and pleasant despite pressure from management. Environment was perfect.

The facilities were great, especially the rooftop bar with its amazing sunset views. the hotel's location was perfect, with a craft market and shopping center within a short walk. if you're in town for work, the hotel is conveniently close to financial services businesses.

The WiFi was very unreliable, which was a downside. the layout of the bathroom in the room was strange, with it being open to the bedroom.

The top floor with the bar, pool, and fitness room was a great feature. We loved the executive lounge and the food provided at dinner was of good quality. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice of items and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we were upgraded to an executive room. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

Despite some complementary facts offered, the location of this hotel was great for exploring the city on my city trip. the comfortable beds were a relief after a long day exploring.

This hotel lacked in many other areas. the outdated decor and dirty carpets left me feeling uneasy.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the "shopping street," making it easy to find everything you need. The dinner at the Epika restaurant was a delight, with excellent service and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay.

One downside is the poor attitude and unresponsive nature of the staff, which can be frustrating.

The Hilton Windhoek exceeded all expectations with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a central location. The spacious rooms and excellent breakfast were perfect for our family of four. The rooftop bar and restaurant provided a memorable dining experience.

This venue exceeded my expectations of luxury. the facilities were exceptional and exclusive, especially the outdoor pool area with its stunning sun terrace and comfortable sun loungers. the Spa & Wellness Centre provided premium body scrubs and massages that were relaxing and rejuvenating. the hotel's restaurant offered delicious food and outstanding service. the private facilities added an extra touch of extravagance to the experience.

The only minor complaint I have is that the hotel lacked live entertainment. this was not a significant issue since the other exclusive amenities of the venue made up for it.
