My room, though small, had a big and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff were always kind and available to help with any questions I had about the hotel or Paris in general. Additionally, the hotel had a spa that was absolutely amazing and provided a luxurious space to relax. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a good location , where the staff was friendly and helpful. As a single, female traveler, I felt safe not only in the hotel but also in the neighborhood. The room was adequate for sleeping, and the staff offered to move us the next day when we mentioned some room conditions. The customer service was excellent, with the staff speaking good English.

The broadband connection was not reliable which made it difficult to work during our stay. the shower was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to move around while showering.
