We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff at the reception were incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel also had easy and secure parking, which was a big plus for us. When there was an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the boss personally called us beforehand to inform us and offered two double rooms for the same price. This level of service and communication was exceptional and we really appreciated it. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Another great thing about the hotel was its central location, with plenty of restaurants in the area. There was even a lovely cafe/bakery just outside the hotel on our left hand side.

We stayed at this place for a short weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of the charming town. The friendly staff welcomed us warmly and gave us great recommendations for exploring the nearby attractions. The recently renovated hotel was tastefully designed and impeccably clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail at this venue.

We had a bit of trouble finding the car parking at first, but it was secure once we found it. During check-in, there was a slight delay as the assistant was on the phone, which was a bit inconvenient for my partially disabled husband.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Valence. The car park underneath the building made parking a breeze, and the lift directly to the reception was convenient. My spacious room on the 4th floor had a great view of the main street, and the double glazing kept out any noise. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the value for the first-class room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and location.

The hotel was in a great location, very central to the city, with easy and secure parking on-site. the room was very nice, with lovely toiletries provided. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits and a great variety of cereals and other items.

We had some issues with parking, despite requesting it ahead of time. the hotel was not able to accommodate our request and we ended up having to park some distance away.

The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations, with a modern and stylish design. The bathroom was spotless and had excellent facilities. The large and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. We also loved the convenience of having a kettle in the room. The hotel's secure parking behind the building was a great feature, and its location next to the old city center made it easy for us to walk to nearby restaurants and explore the charming streets.
