my return to kota kinabalu was delightful at hyatt centric. the stunning interiors, delicious food, and friendly staff made my stay exceptional. its proximity to the jetty and shopping spots added to the convenience. all in all, a wonderful experience. cons: coffee lacked fresh milk.

Great location, close to jetty for island hopping. Clean rooms, welcoming atmosphere. Upgraded room with sea view, complimentary dessert. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Staying at this hotel was a breath of fresh air compared to my usual stays. the room was not just clean, it was spotless, and the modern interiors gave a cozy feel. the breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety that even pleased my picky European taste buds. the staff was attentive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location is superb, with a shopping mall just across the road and a vibrant night market a short walk away.

If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the limited number of sun loungers by the pool. A minor inconvenience considering the overall fantastic experience at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were like fairy godparents, granting wishes left and right! I asked for extra pillows, and voila! They appeared magically. It was as if they whispered to the pillows to get there faster than you can say "sweet dreams.

Loved the attentive staff and spacious, well-decorated room, plus the amazing infinity pool on the 23rd floor with stunning views. the breakfast was fantastic with awesome forest and sea views. the only hiccup was the AC turning off when opening the balcony door; had a little trouble fixing it but wasn't a big deal. an outstanding experience, highly recommend! 🌟

Just stayed at a hotel in the city center and LOVED the modern decor! the rooftop bar was amazing with stunning views. Would definitely choose this place again. the pictures don't do it justice!

Breakfast at 8 am was hectic on Friday morning, so arriving earlier might be better to avoid the rush. a reminder at check-in about ensuring the door is closed for the air conditioning to work could prevent inconveniences late at night.
