The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and shops. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Another thing I really enjoyed was the complimentary water provided in customized hotel bottles. It was a nice touch and much appreciated.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the noise coming from the street. the poorly designed windows didn't do a good job at blocking out the noise, which kept me up at night and woke me up early in the morning.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with a very special design. the double room may not have been large, but it was incredibly comfortable, nice, and super clean. the hotel provided thoughtful amenities such as a coffee machine, kettle, tea, toiletries, and complimentary sparkling and still water every day. the salong was absolutely stunning with beautiful paintings. the staff was extremely helpful and professional, making our stay even better. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast and a welcome drink. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the Metro and within walking distance to many attractions in the center. the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and there was a shopping center nearby. we loved everything about this hotel and will definitely return.
