I stayed at this charming hotel for 4 nights with my wife and son. The Chagalle room was spacious and the bathroom was large and clean. The air conditioning worked well during the heat wave. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The hotel's location was great, right next to the metro, Les Invalides, and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the service was good.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel over New Year's. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the metro station and a short walk to popular tourist attractions. Additionally, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel, with a wide variety of food options to choose from.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the size of the rooms was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

I would have preferred a more accessible breakfast location for people with mobility impairments. The cellar setting made it a bit challenging for the lovely lady serving, who had to handle multiple orders at once.

Spent Thanksgiving at this lovely hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! We were offered complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi during our stay which was a definite plus. the hotel was situated in an amazing location, just a stone's throw away from the most popular tourist locations, making it easy for us to explore the city. the scenery outside our window was absolutely stunning and made for great photos.

Our room was quite small, but this wasn't too much of a setback since we were mostly out and about exploring the city. the elevator was tiny, which was a bit nerve-wracking for me since I have claustrophobia, but it wasn't a big deal since it was just a short ride up to our room.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and well kept. The rooms had beautiful views and elegant decor. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to help. Great location near cafes and restaurants.
