I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel des Arts. The room was clean and modern, exceeding my expectations for a budget hotel. The staff was welcoming and the location was great. It's situated in a "working class" neighborhood, close to a fantastic restaurant and the Voltaire metro station. The room was comfortable and the bathroom sufficient. I appreciated the daily cleaning service. it was a great value for the price.

The walls were a bit thin, making it easy to hear conversations from the neighboring rooms.

The bathroom was incredibly small and poorly maintained. The room lacked proper hygiene measures, such as a quilt for the mattress and a sticky table.

We loved the location! Just a short walk to Charonne Station Line 9 and Line 1, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the breakfast was really good too. And let's not forget the interestingly modern and funky design inside!

I had a great value for my money at Des Arts-Bastille. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with an amazing view from the 5th floor. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transportation options nearby. The staff at reception were always friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could be improved, particularly in terms of the variety and options available.

The location was great, only 20 minutes away from Notre Dame and Hotel de Ville. Close to the subway and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood had a wonderful Parisian atmosphere. The staff at LE Petit Bajona restaurant were fantastic and had menus in English. Walking around the area was enjoyable, especially visiting the cemetery where famous people like Jim Morrison and Oscar Wilde are buried. The room, despite being small, was comfortable for us as we had a queen room. a good choice for someone who is backpacking.
