As young travelers, we absolutely loved the stunning rooftop terrace and the close proximity to the historic district with the castle. The breakfast was amazing and the people hosting were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a bonus that we were able to stay with our dog without any extra charges. The hotel room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the view from our window was beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel for future stays in Carcassonne.

I had a great stay at a charming hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, situated between the train station and the beautiful walled city. From my room on the third floor, I enjoyed a stunning view of the hotel's quaint walled garden and the rooftop scenery. The small rooftop terrace offered an incredible view of the city's historic walls. Breakfast in the lovely garden was a delightful treat. Although there was no lift, the friendly owners, Jean Michel and Catherine, made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite the lack of in-room facilities, such as a kettle or mugs, the hotel made up for it with its peaceful ambiance and proximity to popular restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and friendly service.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread and the helpful staff. the location was strategic and convenient to the city's main attractions. we had access to private parking for our vehicle.

On a negative note, the hotel's lack of an elevator was a downside, as we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. the bathroom facilities were also a bit outdated and difficult to use without the necessary assistance.

The staff are friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and even parking guests' cars. The breakfasts are delicious, with a homemade jams and a range of healthy options.

This made it convenient for us to visit the castle and also find good restaurants nearby. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed the view overlooking the hotel's terrace at the rear. Additionally, the breakfast served in the lovely garden was superb, with a variety of homemade preserves, meats, cheeses.

This hotel is superb, especially if driving, as it offers parking. The rooms were modern and lovely, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was ample, offering fresh fruit, eggs, cold meat, yoghurt, cereals, and a variety of bread and croissants. The location is excellent, between the ramparts and the new city, with several very good restaurants within 100 metres or so.
