Fantastic stay

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were amazed by the creativity of the room attendant, who surprised us with a doll made out of towels. It was such a cute gesture that made our stay even more awesome. The view from the pool area at night was simply breathtaking. The only downside was the slow and intermittent WiFi, but it didn't dampen our overall experience. We would definitely recommend Aston for a great stay in Kuta.

The Aston Kuta Hotel And Residence exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel also offers a big swimming pool and is located near affordable rental bike/car and laundry services. We were able to use a shortcut to Kartika Plaza to avoid traffic. The staff even allowed us to extend our stay and upgraded us to a deluxe double bedroom facing the pool. The hospitality was truly outstanding!

Had a blast during Easter! Complimentary Easter treats and chocolates were a great touch. the hotel is located near the main shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient to walk around. We also loved how the hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool that overlooked the city - a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

There was a slight inconvenience when it came to parking. We had to park our car outside due to the low basement ceiling but unfortunately, it wasn't very safe and we had some minor theft issues.

The location was perfect, just minutes away from the airport, making it so convenient for our travels. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop restaurant had amazing views. We also enjoyed the pool area, it was a great place to relax and unwind.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the beds were huge and comfortable, and the location was perfect as it was close to the airport. the staff were amazing and always had a smile on their faces. They even prepared a breakfast box for us to take to the airport. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was efficient. the hotel had a lovely pool, and the rooftop restaurant offered stunning views. I was very impressed with everything and will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel had a great breakfast and friendly staff. the buffet had a good selection and the staff were always ready to help. the location was convenient - close to the airport and within walking distance of the beach. Another advantage was that the room was very clean and spacious.

The noise in the morning was quite disturbing, which made it hard to sleep in. the shower was uncomfortable as it didn't have a hose and there was no hot water.

The elevator occasionally malfunctions, causing concerns about the safety of being caught mid-floor.
