Charming decor and ambience, excellent location near beach and center with amazing eating options. Delicious breakfast, especially the Basque cake. Comfortable room, well-appointed, and very well-maintained. Super helpful and courteous staff. Clean and quiet despite traffic. 2-minute walk to Les Halles and 5-minute walk to airport bus.

This hotel is perfect for me, as its location is fantastic right beside Les Halles which has a really good daily market. Being just a five-minute walk from the beach and town center is amazing as well. The staff here was brilliant - always helpful and friendly. The rooms are not very well isolated but the king size bed was large, nicely decorated, and quiet. The breakfast with fresh pastries, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, and ham was a little expensive but really good. this boutique hotel was delightful.

I had a delightful stay at a charming hotel with a warm and elegant atmosphere. The communal areas were beautifully decorated, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance. My room, though slightly old-fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel, was spacious and had lovely wooden floors and high ceilings. The little Juliet balcony provided a pleasant view of the street. The staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in early and storing our luggage securely. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I would highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement était parfait, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et accueillant, et l'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. J'ai également apprécié la piscine et les autres installations de l'hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix était imbattable. Globalement, je suis très satisfait de mon séjour ici.

The staff, especially Laura, were welcoming and friendly. Family room had bunks for kids, comfortable KS bed, and spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast buffet and refreshing lemonade served in the afternoon. Great location near beach and market.

This hotel in Biarritz exceeded our expectations. The value for money was impressive, with reasonable prices for the attention to detail. The location, just off the centre in a residential area, was perfect. We enjoyed the short walk to the larger beaches and the convenience of other hotels in the vicinity. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a terrace overlooking a small but pretty garden. Basic amenities like a safe and minibar were included, and the breakfast, which was supposed to be included in our rate, was of great quality.

No major issues - everything was great.

This hotel is located in a charming residential area, just a short walk from the city center and the beach. Nearby, there are lovely restaurants to enjoy delicious meals. Additionally, guests can easily access the most amazing farmer's market for a unique shopping experience. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and tasty, served in a beautiful sunroom. Guests can also enjoy the view from the small balconies in some of the rooms.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, the beach, and public transportation.

We had an awesome place to stay during our trip! the furniture and room décor were amazing, and it felt like we were staying at a fancy château. the location was perfect for us, as there were many streets to explore and beaches to enjoy. We also loved the breakfast, with plenty of fresh fruit and delicious food that made our mornings even better!

We had a bit of trouble finding a parking spot nearby, but we eventually found one a few blocks away. Another downside was that there was no bar or dinner available, but that was okay since there were plenty of other restaurants and bars nearby.

Stylish and well-located, with excellent staff and a good breakfast. Beautiful Edwardian home feel, with a glorious drawing room and lovely outdoor space. Quiet despite being near junction of 5 roads, convenient for public transport. Charming, traditional French building with spacious rooms, lots of natural light and a balcony.

I stayed at Hotel Edouard VII for 3 nights during my trip and it was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with a map and suggestions for exploring the area. The renovated traditional home was beautiful and conveniently located. I particularly enjoyed my garden room with a lovely breakfast and patio area. The check-in process was relaxed and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold options, including delicious pastries. the service was excellent and the hotel provided a charming and enjoyable stay.

Este lugar tiene todo lo que necesitábamos para disfrutar de nuestra estancia. Los apartamentos son modernos y limpios, y están equipados con todo lo necesario. Además, la nevera estaba abastecida con agua, zumo y bollería. La máquina de café con cápsulas, vasos y azúcar fue un detalle fantástico. Otra ventaja fue la ubicación de los apartamentos, cerca de tiendas y con unas vistas impresionantes de las montañas. También nos gustó que nos dieran información sobre el pueblo a nuestra llegada.

The hotel had a wonderful French feel to it, with helpful and polite staff. the room was clean and had a balcony with a view. the breakfast served on the beautiful terrace was buffet style and had a good variety of fresh pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt, cheese, and ham. the location was excellent, with the beach just 5 minutes away and shops and bars nearby.

There were issues with the room we had booked, and we were given a different room which was not what we expected. At check-out, there was a mistake in the charges and we were almost overcharged.
