The staff made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed breakfast at a stunning venue above the beach. Our suite offered a good view of the beach and sunset, even had a jacuzzi. I appreciated the quick service by the pool team. Things were just right for a couple like us who love mixing relaxation with a bit of fun. A great place for anyone, including those just looking to enjoy life.

I was extremely frustrated with the check-in process. We had specifically paid for an ocean view room on the 3rd floor but were given a room on the 2nd floor instead, which was a huge letdown. To make matters worse, there was a lot of noise from the nearby road that disrupted our sleep. Overall, the management's lack of transparency and poor communication ruined our experience at this resort.

Not to mention the staff remembered us, it felt like we were part of their little family. just a great vibe all around.
