The location of the hotel was excellent, offering easy access to main attractions and the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided great comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The grounds and pool areas were beautifully maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day out.

We found that the communication from the Front Desk team regarding our request to shorten our stay was not satisfactory. It took multiple attempts and several days to receive a response, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Beachfront property with clean, spacious rooms. Infinity pool and free towels, water by the pool. Delicious breakfast buffet with hot and cold items, fresh juices, and à la carte dishes. Friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile. Relaxing spa with good massages, albeit expensive.

I had an amazing time staying by the sea at this resort for 7 nights. The location of the hotel, being right next to the beach, was perfect for watching the remarkable sunset. The room and bathroom were well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The daily breakfast was delicious and included in the stay. The infinity pool and other facilities such as the spa and gym were a plus.

The staff could have been better trained in handling payment and other customer service aspects.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. the grounds were stunning and the pool, located right on the beach next to KuDeTa, was perfect. the highlight of our stay was being surprised with a private beachfront villa for our honeymoon, complete with beautiful decorations. the villa itself was stunning, with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a private swimming pool. Even as someone with gluten intolerance, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. this was one of my favorite hotels of all time and I can't wait to go back.

The spacious and clean rooms were a delight, with a special touch of a complimentary fruit platter delivered promptly to our door. The beach was just a short walk away, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Seminyak.

The value for money at this hotel is incredible. The rooms are fantastic, with all the amenities you need and a great view. The location is perfect, within walking distance to town and right by the beach. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered.

The only thing that could improve the breakfast option is if there were more affordable choices outside the hotel.

Our stay at the Beach Resort & Spa was incredible, from start to finish. I was impressed with the excellent customer service that went above and beyond, especially when we experienced an issue with the electricity in our room. The electrician came promptly and the problem was solved in no time. The attention to detail and cleanliness was also exceptional. I highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Bali. a wonderful hotel experience.

The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations as a family with 2 small kids. The friendly staff, sublime attention to detail, and top-notch facilities made our stay absolutely perfect. From the amazing infinity pool and divine spa massages to the superb continental breakfast, everything was outstanding. The hotel's ideal location close to Seminyak square and the best restaurants was a plus. We felt secure throughout our stay and enjoyed the comfortable beds. Cocktails by the pool while watching the sunset were the cherry on top.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the stunning swimming pool area to the well-maintained beach club. The location on the beach in Seminyak offered breathtaking views and the opportunity to do some work while looking out to the ocean. The breakfast at the Sanje Restaurant was delicious, with a wide selection of options. The staff were exceptional, always happy and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Stayed in this luxury hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre with sauna and Jacuzzi were exceptional. the beach access was just amazing, providing an incredible view of the water and delightful sunsets. the service was fantastic, all staff were welcoming, happy and friendly which contributed to a great experience. the location was also perfect, central to everything.

The only minor issue was the halal food selection, although the hotel tried their best to cater, selection was fairly limiting. But, even then, the restaurant still offered a buffet breakfast or a poolside snack bar.
