The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. I also appreciated the emphasis on avoiding waste, with features like individual sugars and creamers for coffee and real plates and flatware in the breakfast area. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a minute or two from the highway, making it easy to get around the city.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The bathroom lights went out and it took more than a day for them to be fixed, despite having to ask three times.

The breakfast area had exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even staying open past closing time to accommodate our large family.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nano at the front desk. We also loved the small store where we could grab some goodies, like ice cream. a fantastic hotel for families!
