The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. I also appreciated the emphasis on avoiding waste, with features like individual sugars and creamers for coffee and real plates and flatware in the breakfast area. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a minute or two from the highway, making it easy to get around the city.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The bathroom lights went out and it took more than a day for them to be fixed, despite having to ask three times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for my family of 5 and our furry friend. The kitchenette was a great addition, and the bathroom was a decent size. The complimentary soaps in the shower were a nice touch. My kids absolutely loved the indoor saltwater pool. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee/tea maker in the room. The amount of storage space and the comfortable beds were impressive. The breakfast area had exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even staying open past closing time to accommodate our large family.

Enjoyed my stay during the Christmas holidays at this hotel. the location was convenient, just off the highway, and close to various dining and shopping options. the room was spacious and clean, perfect for families. Appreciated the amenities offered, such as the fitness room and the laundry facilities, which came in handy during our stay.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It was dusty and there were issues with the bathroom, including a broken soap holder and a lack of hand towels.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the foothills beyond Kennesaw is stunning, providing a beautiful area with access to everything you could want in close proximity. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms, including those with 2 double beds and a pull-out couch, are in good condition, offering comfort and convenience. The breakfast is also a highlight, with cellophane-wrapped microwaveable eggs and several good toppings.

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the Lakepoint sports complex where our baseball tournament was held. Additionally, it was convenient to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, particularly in the breakfast area. We appreciated that they continuously filled the breakfast options until closing time and even offered us additional items before closing. a great experience!

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Cartersville for a quick overnight stop. The property was clean and conveniently located right off the highway. I appreciated that the hotel provided fresh towels and daily trash removal. They even had an electric vehicle charger for a reasonable fee. The breakfast in the bright and welcoming lobby was fantastic. The hotel had ample storage space, a kitchen area, and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. it was a super clean and enjoyable stay.
