This hotel is incredibly close to the Sanctuary, making it very convenient for pilgrims. it is located near holy shops and the church, allowing guests to easily explore the religious attractions in the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service to all guests. The receptionist speaks multiple languages, including English, making communication hassle-free. the hotel offers a great location and comfortable accommodations.

Some guests mentioned a damp smell upon entering the hotel, possibly due to wet or old carpets.

Our stay at the hotel was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Sanctuaires Notre-Dame de Lourdes. The receptionist was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had. The room we stayed in had a stunning view with two small balconies. It was clean and spacious, making us feel right at home. Despite some minor drawbacks like a slight smell upon entering the hotel and a room that didn't match the pictures exactly, we still had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a memorable stay in Lourdes.

Location was great. In walking distance to key attractions and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful view and was clean upon arrival.

The room was much different than the pictures online. It felt old and gloomy. The carpet had a wet smell that lingered throughout the stay. It was disappointing to have to experience this during our trip.
