During my stay at Maison Kammerzell, I had the opportunity to experience the rich history that surrounds the hotel. The location is superb, right next to the stunning cathedral and within walking distance of many attractions and the beautiful canal. The building itself is a piece of history, and the staircase is adorned with framed photos of famous individuals who have frequented the hotel. It truly adds to the charm of the place. The staff, especially one of the women at reception, were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Speaking of the construction, it was a minor inconvenience during my stay. The lobby area was being renovated, and while it was unexpected, the staff could have done a better job informing guests about it.

Excellent central location, steps away from the cathedral. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms with A/C and a fan. Charming historic building with traditional features. Prompt and friendly service. Tasty complimentary breakfast.

Despite being a bit of a secondary business, the hotel provides excellent service and attention to detail. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city near the beautiful cathedral.

The hotel is located in an amazing area with a lot of interesting sites and attractions. the room we stayed in was very comfortable and cozy. the bathroom was modern and spacious, which made our stay more relaxing. the regular sound of the ancient bells added a unique ambiance that was perfect.

There was only one small elevator to use, which made it inconvenient at peak hours. there were very few outlets to charge electronics, which made it difficult as well.

Extra helpful staff, even walking guests to find taxis during street closures. Charming rooms in an ancient monument with medieval and modern elements. Historic architecture with some limitations.

The rooms are well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The service provided by the staff is friendly and prompt. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and provides a good start to the day. The hotel also has amenities such as air conditioning, a minibar, and a TV in the room.

The wifi signal in some areas of the hotel, particularly at the very top, may not be very strong. However, this can be easily resolved by using your own internet connection.
