The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh homemade options and freshly squeezed orange juice. My favourite was the homemade lemon yogurt with homemade granola, really delicious! The fresh smoked salmon and other fish options were great too. Free waffles in the evening too! The hotel is in a great location, beautiful area and very quiet, but easy walk to the harbour & centre. The concept of the hotel being originally a monastery adds to its charm, and the stylish decor gives it a unique touch. With only 15 guest rooms, it has an intimate atmosphere and you receive personal attention. The hotel also makes its own bread, jams and yogurt, which are served as part of the lovely buffet breakfast.
