The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city close to lots of shops, restaurants, and beautiful gardens. It made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service. The free breakfast in the morning was a great bonus, with freshly baked croissants and other delicious options. The espresso machine was a hit with my young adult children as well!

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Opening the windows resulted in a significant amount of noise from the cars passing by on the busy street.
