I had a truly enjoyable stay at Pullman Bordeaux. The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the lake. The bar and restaurant facilities were excellent, offering a wide range of options. The hotel's location by the lake provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, which had a fantastic spread. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I had a great experience at Pullman. The room was big and modern, with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. One morning, we arrived late for breakfast and they still made sure we had a table and even prepared hot chocolate for my kids. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite a beautiful lake. It's also close to the stadium and the airport, making it easy to get to. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The service from the friendly staff is great. The breakfast offers a good selection of food.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was perfect for us. The location is great, right by a beautiful lake with easy access to the town via tram. It's in a nice area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We even got a free upgrade which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a dining table and comfortable seating options. The view from our room was superb, overlooking the lake and providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

our stay at this hotel in bordeaux was exceptional. the location was ideal, with a tram stop right outside for easy access to the city center. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, from the reception to the breakfast service. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.

Beds and pillows were cozy, shower was better than a bath. Secure parking and warm welcome from Leanne at reception. Convenient location with public transport nearby. Impressive staff, would love to stay again.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially considering we didn't speak French. They spoke excellent English and even offered upgrades despite some technical inconveniences during the refurbishing. The breakfast was very good and the room was spacious with windows that opened for fresh air. The hotel's proximity to the tram and bike station across the road was a real bonus, making it easy to explore Bordeaux. The pool was also lovely and the view from the room over the lake was superb. The free parking was much appreciated as well.

the staff seemed unorganized and confused about our reservation, which caused some frustration and delay during check-in. while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, there were also some disappointments that detracted from our experience.

The property is amazing, with loads of space and a fantastic swimming pool with a bar next to it. The restaurant downstairs and the buffet had fantastic food. Plus, the tram is 2 minutes down the road and also runs late at night. Staff are helpful and gave good recommendations. Adele Peronnet was of great help and competence at check-out.

Felt almost like at home, no reason to complain.
