The pool area was absolutely lovely, with stunning views of the countryside. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beautiful landscape. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that could be improved. the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing, with limited options and it often ran out of food before the designated time.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, just a short drive from the city center, was perfect for exploring the surrounding Tuscany area. The stunning views from the hotel offered a truly unforgettable experience. The friendly and attentive staff were always available to assist and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and we particularly loved the picturesque view of the city while dining. The outdoor pool looked inviting, though we didn't have a chance to use it.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful location with a great pool. the room at Relais Cappuccina was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. the staff was polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the breakfast. the proximity of San Gimignano, just a short walk or bike ride away, added to the charm of our stay. Having a car allowed us to explore Volterra easily. the view of the San Gimignano skyline was breathtaking. Parking was ample and free.

Das Hotel war in einer herrlichen Gegend in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Zimmer waren gut geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Das Hotelpersonal war außerordentlich freundlich und sprach hervorragendes Englisch. Die Rooftop Bar bot eine großartige Auswahl an Drinks zu fairen Preisen.

Könnte daran wohl kaum etwas Schlechtes finden.

The pool was nice and the location was great for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel offered a good value for the price, with clean rooms and daily housekeeping.

The breakfast selection was also lacking and when we arrived at a reasonable time there was hardly anything left. the technical staff were constantly pouring cleaning products in the swimming pool, which were not only a nuisance but also caused skin irritations.
