The check-in process was rushed and lacked personalized service. The pillows provided were too high and hard, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Had a wonderful stay at Leonor the Place To Live. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is clean and new. the restaurant surpassed my expectations and the food was delicious. the ambience of the hotel is lovely, especially the tranquil inner garden. I was impressed with the beautifully decorated room and how quiet it was, making for a restful night's sleep. the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, too.
