There was a slight inconvenience during check-in due to a large group leaving at the same time, resulting in a slower process. Additionally, the choice of food in the cafeteria could have been better, especially during late Sunday afternoon.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. The room was lovely, with an awesome shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the kind and friendly staff, especially Ms. Irune. It was a nice touch that they even provided a bottle of champagne in our room for my birthday. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bilbao and had a fantastic experience. The room I stayed in was the largest I've had in my travels in the last month. It was well-equipped with all the amenities you would want, including a spacious layout that allowed me to exercise in the room. The hotel also had a great exercise room and served wonderful breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. it was a clean and well-presented hotel with fantastic facilities.

The location was convenient, with easy access to local amenities and a short walk to the main shopping center. Despite not having a view of the Guggenheim, the hotel made up for it by providing an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its modern decor, friendly service, and comfortable accommodations.
