The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the metro and a 15-minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower, making it so easy to explore the city!

The soundproofing in the rooms is nearly non-existent, which made it difficult to sleep at times as outside noise was quite disruptive.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable.

My experience was nothing short of frustrating. First, I was charged for the first night before even setting foot in my room, which was against what I'd been told. The room was cramped, with absolutely no soundproofing, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. The lack of air-conditioning left the room stuffy, and the control over temperature was non-existent. To top it off, basic amenities like extra coffee pods came with an additional charge, which felt unreasonable. Overall, I counted on a decent stay but ended up feeling irritated by the numerous inconveniences.

i almost thought this place woudl be decent until i realized that i had to beg for extra toilet paper, which totally ruined my vibe. also, they ran out of pillows somehow? like, heaven forbid i get some pampering. as a guest, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice—seriously, how hard is it to make your regulars feel special?

We had an amazing group vacation here! The location is perfect, just a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, with easy access to public transport. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh pastries and a great selection. The staff were super kind and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

Our only issue was the payment method. the hotel charged my account a week before we arrived, which was not what I selected. I wish that had been clearer.

What a lovely place! Seriously, it’s just a hop to the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by cozy spots to eat. My room was bright, spacious, and fabulously clean—made for a delightful stay.

But honestly, the bathroom was so modern I half expected it to start giving me a tour of its features. And why does Paris have to be so unforgivingly charming? I need a vacation from this vacation!
