We also enjoyed the in-room breakfast, as well as the bar/lounge area and snack bar for additional dining options. Despite the staff's limited English, they went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment and comfort. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and luxurious stay.

I had a truly authentic Japanese experience at this traditional inn. The breakfast was delicious, with an array of side dishes that changed daily. My room had tatami mats and a cozy futon bed, and I even had my own private garden. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this ryokan for an immersive cultural stay.

Everything was spot on.

A traditional beautiful location with incredible hosts. Our room had glass sliding doors overlooking the garden. The shared bathroom was clean and I enjoyed the Japanese bath. The family-run ryokan provided delicious breakfasts and even provided kimonos and shoes. The location was great too. highly recommended!

One minor downside is the possibility of noise disturbance from other guests. In one review, a guest mentioned being able to hear the stomping of the family staying above them until late at night.

Although we had a fantastic experience, there were a couple of small downsides. The garden was smaller than we had expected based on the pictures.
