The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and had a bathtub. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was generous and delicious. The hotel had a great location for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The bistro downstairs provided a charming spot to have coffee and observe the city. The hotel had recently been refurbished, giving it a unique and quirky atmosphere. a wonderful stay with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

Located in the heart of the city with easy public transport nearby, this charming hotel was a great choice for my recent business trip. The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the minibar and the fridge which kept my drinks chilled. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Although the room was well-appointed, it was slightly small and did not have enough storage space, making it a little hard to unpack for a long stay. the coffee capsules were not provided for free, which was a minor annoyance for me.

The hotel was in an excellent city centre location, making it perfect for exploring all the beautiful streets filled with restaurants and cafes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing helpful English speaking assistance. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, complimentary water and coffee pods were provided, adding a nice touch to the stay. The plentiful breakfast in the nearby cafe next door was great value and catered to all tastes.

our second stay in bordeaux was even better than before. madame exceeded our expectations with their charming staff, comfortable room, and excellent location. we enjoyed a relaxing couple of nights overlooking place gambetta from our terrace. highly recommended.
