Griffin Llyswen was a fantastic choice, perfectly situated between the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. the staff were warm, attentive, and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the evening food was outstanding, exceeding typical pub standards.

The hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a lovely pub setting. The room was comfortable and spotless, with a quiet garden view. The staff were efficient and made me feel welcome. The location was great, close enough to the park for hiking and exploring, but also peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed sitting out in the beer garden and enjoying the rural setting.

We recently had a lovely weekend break at a charming inn with friendly staff. The location was ideal, being close to the National park and offering beautiful views from the quiet garden. The room was excellent, providing a peaceful retreat. The pub area was cosy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking. We also enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with great coffee each morning.

One small downside was a minor mistake with the room size, but the hotel promptly informed us in advance and we were understanding of the situation.

We stayed at The Griffin Llyswen for a week and it was the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for visiting small towns and interesting places nearby. The breakfast spread was simple but delicious, especially the croissants and coffee. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting in the beer garden before breakfast, soaking up the rural setting. We would definitely return to this great family and adult holiday location.
