I recently stayed at a charming hotel near the famous Louvre in Paris for a few nights. The location was perfect for morning walks in the historical area. The hotel had a unique elevator for one person, which added to the overall charm. The two-star hotel had all the basic amenities needed, and the breakfast offered a standard continental spread. However, the highlight of my stay was the magnificent and pleasant French staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even held my champagne in the fridge as promised. I am especially grateful to the receptionist who resembled the actress Anne Parillaud, for her helpful recommendations and delightful conversations.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and a good size for Paris. The staff are friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and calling a taxi when needed. The breakfast selection is more than just the usual croissant and hot drinks.
