Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pounding Mill was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted with a clean and comfortable room, free from any unpleasant smells. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet considering its location. The breakfast selection was impressive, with scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. we were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel's location just outside of Richlands, VA and in close proximity to Bristol, TN was convenient for our needs. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, staff, and location.

The lobby and common areas were clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The best part of my stay, however, was the comfortable beds and abundance of pillows.
