Lovely hotel with charming staff. Fantastic pool and spa. Comfy bed. Great location.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was perfect – close to public transportation and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. the room was clean, with modern furniture and a comfy bed. the bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful. the gym and swimming pool were an added bonus.

There was a faint odor coming from the bathroom, which was a bit of a nuisance. the bar service was slow and the limited food menu was a letdown.

I loved the combination of industrial heritage and luxury in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the spa area was a great place to relax. The room decor was elegant and the view was breathtaking.

This hotel is conveniently located away from the crazy inner city but close to everything in the business centre. There are also some great restaurants nearby, making it an ideal location for food lovers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a huge television and a coffee machine. The bathrooms are clean and the showers provide several options. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast options were slightly disappointing, especially the fruit.

Experiencing this luxurious hotel has been an absolute pleasure. the services exceeded my expectations, it was fantastic. the Spa and wellness center was the highlight of my stay, with a remarkable indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Every day I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage and body wrap. the treatment room was exceptionally clean and calm, leading into an ultimate relaxation. I loved how I could unwind at the Spa lounge with a refreshing beverage. It was magical!

One minor issue I had in the venue was the bar/lounge area; there were not enough private facilities.

We had an incredible stay at the Hotel Paris Bastille Boutet - Mgallery. the location was perfect for us as our daughter lives nearby. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. the room itself was spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and a cozy sofa area. the bathroom was also impressive, featuring a luxurious 'soak' shower. the staff were extremely helpful, even guiding our car into the underground parking. We enjoyed using the pool and sauna area, which were clean and well-maintained. it was a great experience and we highly recommend this hotel.
