Luxurious amenities fulfilled all of my needs at this top-tier hotel. the stylish decor and exclusive furniture in my spacious room were impressive. the huge swimming pool and impeccable service exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed the good and high-quality food that was offered.

The service staff was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. I also left a book in the room and received no response after calling reception twice and sending an email.

Pokey spa facilities that felt haphazardly maintained, especially the hamam, and the outdoor pool was closed during winter, hence neglected. Service left a lot to be desired, with not enough experienced staff to accommodate guests.
