I recently stayed at Hotel Royal for a short trip with friends. The staff were incredibly helpful, immediately moving us to a better room when we had an issue with the air conditioning. They also provided excellent directions and recommendations for exploring the city. The hotel offers great discounts for nearby underground parking and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, they accommodated my request for a ground floor room with a walk-in shower due to my broken ankle. The bed provided a comfortable night's rest and I wish I could have stayed for breakfast before flying home. I always book here when visiting.
