Great stay overall. the hotel is conveniently located to popular tourist attractions and transport options. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. An added bonus of free Wi-Fi and a lovely café on site. the vintage design adds a nice touch of character and uniqueness to the hotel. the option to use the common laundry facility for a small fee is also helpful.

There were a few noise issues in the room - could hear some hallway noise clearly and walls could be a bit thicker. the room service was lacking - had to request a new teaspoon and there was a time when the bed wasn't made even after a cleaning service was provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near King's Cross train station, making it easy to access different parts of the city. There are also plenty of food options in the area, providing a good atmosphere for dining. The hotel premises are safe, with no troublemakers in the vicinity.

This hotel is a little oasis in a sea of backpackers in this part of Sydney. The location is good, very close to the train station which made it very convenient to get anywhere with public transport or to stroll around. The staff were friendly and the service was fantastic. The basic amenities were all there and the rooms were a decent size. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was also lovely and friendly.
