We were delighted with the amazing view of the castle and the old town from our balcony at Panorama Kruje. It made our stay truly unforgettable. The spacious room and comfortable beds provided us with a relaxing retreat after a long trekking week. The hot shower was powerful, ensuring we felt refreshed. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to arrange a later check out and a taxi transfer to the airport. We enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast with a variety of options. Despite some noise from an evening function and construction work, our overall experience was very pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel for its view and location.

Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel offers tasty cuisine, excellent service, and great views from the balcony. The free upgrade to a suite with a stunning view of the valley was a pleasant surprise. The helpful reception staff made our stay enjoyable, and the central location allowed for easy exploration of the town and its attractions.

Staying here was a great experience! The location was perfect, situated above the old bazaar and in the historical center. I could easily walk to the Scanderbeg museum and enjoy the nearby old bazaar. The service was exceptional, with housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle readily available. My room was well equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a nice sitting area, a terrace, and a dining table. The dining restaurant and bar area were great, offering delicious food and beverages. The leisure pool was fantastic and I particularly enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds while taking in the amazing views of the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel had a spacious room with a jacuzzi and great views of the castle. The parking garage was large and convenient. The terrace with the pool and bar was a perfect spot for a night out with friends.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main market area and within sight of the fortress and museum. The room is spacious and the view from the balcony is amazing.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room and the shower was old and grimey.

The noise. the patio for the rooms faced a busy street, so we could hear cars and people talking late at night.

The location and view are amazing, with close proximity to the Castle, Museum, and old town markets. The rooftop pool and bar offer a nice place to relax. The restaurant for dinner is outstanding, with fantastic food and reasonable prices. The parking across the road is convenient, and staff are available to help with bags.
