We had a fantastic stay in a stylish and glamorous retreat located in the heart of the city. The hotel's convenience to the Roman ruins and archeological sights allowed us to easily explore the historical center. The room was beautifully designed with comfortable furniture and carpets. The staff provided excellent service and were knowledgeable and attentive. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the valet parking was a great convenience.

The staff at Mgallery were incredibly sweet and charming, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. Johane, the receptionist, even sourced feather pillows for us. Their friendliness really made us feel at home. I'll recommend this hotel for their amazing staff.

The hotel's location in Centre Arles is perfect for exploring the historical city and its sites. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious and stylish, with comfortable bed linens. The hotel's amenities and facilities were wonderful, and the breakfast offered a variety of choices.

I've been staying at Jules César for decades and the kindness of the staff always impresses me. They went above and beyond when I had unexpected flight issues, guiding me through the process with third parties. The valet was helpful and offered options for easy departure amidst the Saturday morning crowds. The room had a great design, comfortable bed, and efficient AC. The swimming pool was a fantastic amenity. The porter/concierge was a true asset, providing directions and advice with excellent English. Dinner in the dining room was a divine experience.

The location of the Jules Cesar is exceptional and the hotel itself is a high-end venue in terms of size and comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was lovely to see the cleaning personnel working diligently and always greeting us with a smile. The highlight was receiving an unexpected room upgrade for my husband's birthday. The restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the nice pool. The valet/porter was especially helpful, offering options to navigate the weekend crowds when we were leaving.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a luxury getaway. The exclusive amenities, including a sauna, steam room, and massage services, fulfilled all of my relaxation needs. The Spa & wellness center was exceptional and the treatments were performed expertly by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with stunning sun loungers to enjoy the sun terrace and garden area.

The only minor issue was the lack of availability for in-room breakfast, although the bar/lounge area made up for it with delicious special diet menus and exquisite restaurant options. this hotel provided an unbeatable location advantage and private facilities that were worth every penny.

The breakfast selection was great and we especially enjoyed the cozy tea and coffee corner. The location was perfect, with easy accessibility to local attractions and nearby restaurants. We also loved the stunning décor and the hotel's overall attention to detail.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor negatives to mention. We were slightly disappointed that there was no assistance with our luggage upon arrival.
