During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised with the shortbread cookies and coffee that were baked for me every morning. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from major tourist destinations, and the nearby metro station made traveling around very easy. the funky and fun room decor added to the overall experience.

There were no elevators which made getting to my room quite difficult, especially with my baggage. , there was no street map of the area provided by the hotel, which made navigating the city quite challenging.

The bathroom is luxurious, with beautiful marble fixtures and large-sized Aesop bath products. Tea available in the room, which is a good find. The limo service arranged by the hotel was prompt and friendly. Complementary gateaux's from Thouimeux Bakery were a delightful surprise. The Dring me service with a free phone was a lifesaver, providing free international calls and up-to-date transport options.
