Immaculately clean hotel with excellent wellness options.

I was really disappointed with the cramped accommodations. The air conditioning was misleading. it felt more like a fan with little relief on a hot night. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation was subpar, causing the humidity to permeate the room after showers, leaving everything damp and uncomfortable.

Convenient on-site parking, easy walking to Old Town.

The location was excellent, just a stroll away from attractions. Staff were kind and rooms clean! Nice kettle provided for tea and coffee.

Badly designed shower screen leaked, creating a wet floor. Additionally, there was no fridge, making it tough to keep drinks cool.

My stay at Hotel Turenne was enjoyable, featuring a spotless room that closely matched the photos. The staff genuinely provided excellent service, always smiling and ready to assist. Best of all, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the historical center and Little Venice, perfect for exploring Colmar's charm at leisure.

For dining, book reservations ahead of time, as many restaurants fill up quickly. The staff can assist with securing tables if needed.

I faced several issues during my stay. The phone in my room did not dial reception, making it frustrating to get assistance. Additionally, the walls were incredibly thin, which meant I was frequently disturbed by loud neighbors late at night. While the breakfast was nice, it would have been more enjoyable if it were included in the room rate instead of an added expense.

the office space. was small, which made working difficult. but the location was fantastic for exploring colmar. the breakfast had a large selection. and the staff were very nice to us with our rabbit!

such a great wee place! just a few mins walk from the cute little venice, everything was super clean and the staff was really nice. loved the cozy bar area and the breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. the room was snug but the bathroom was amaze. the parking garage is a lifesaver if ur arriving late!
