Conveniently located near train station and convenience stores. Helpful staff assisted with Universal Studios tickets. Comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. Beautiful views from 19th floor. Enjoyed the complimentary onsen.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a little island was absolutely stunning, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature, allowing us to stay connected. We also appreciated the dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and drinks. Additionally, the leisure facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and game room, provided plenty of entertainment options for us to enjoy during our stay.

We highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

During my stay at the Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers, I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Miwaya San. He provided exceptional service and answered all of my questions with a polite and hospitable demeanor. It was truly a memorable experience to see him personally assisting the bellboy in pushing a baggage trolley to my room. His dedication and attention to detail truly changed my perception of the hotel. The comfortable bed, beautiful ocean views, and delicious breakfast buffet at The Garden Cafe further added to the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities.

This hotel is a perfect choice for those who want to stay away from the busy city center. The hotel has a train station in the lobby which is very convenient, and a big supermarket nearby where you can get your food and snacks. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet offers many options and has great dining experience. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the pool is awesome.

The wifi was slow and could be better. The maps to tourist spots were confusing and required a lot of walking.
