The hotel was conveniently located near the motorway, making it easy for me to access. The room was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the hotel had a spacious car park which was a great advantage for me as I was on a business trip and needed a secure place to park my car.

The toilet in my room was not properly cleaned, which was quite off-putting. there seemed to be a lack of staff during breakfast time, as the tables were not promptly cleared and guests were left to find the breakfast items on their own.

ibis europe in chalon-sur-saone surpassed our expectations during this short stay. the location was convenient for our travel route, the food was delicious, and the breakfast was great too.

Air conditioning in room wasn't consistent.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the restaurant was a real bonus. The food was fresh and wholesome, and the half board rate offered great value. The secure parking and convenient location just off the motorway made it perfect for our overnight stopover. Charming Chalon was also a short drive away, adding to the overall appeal.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the large and comfortable beds as well as the clean and well-maintained rooms. the location close to the motorway and with secure parking was also a convenient advantage. We also enjoyed the included breakfast which offered a good selection of items.

One of the negative aspects of our stay was the lack of extra amenities, such as a kettle or mini-bar in the room. the overall decor of the hotel felt a bit outdated and in need of a refresh.
