We had a lovely stay at a hotel in Ciudad del Carmen. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for families. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even offered us a ride to Playa Norte. The room was spacious and had a great selection of TV channels, so we could watch the Academy Awards in English. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Mega store nearby and Plaza Real within walking distance. we had a pleasant experience at the hotel.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The poolside music was a bit loud on the weekend due to families having fun, but it didn't bother us too much.

My stay at Hotel Hacienda Real was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, with a large selection of TV channels. The hotel had a beautifully landscaped pool area that I enjoyed. The reception staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, having a supermarket and Plaza Real within close proximity was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a wonderful colonial flair, with beautiful architecture and clean, spacious rooms. the staff was extremely helpful and well-trained, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few blocks away from the beach, and close to a vibrant walking street with great restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day.

One disappointment was the limited selection at the hotel's restaurant. We were hoping for a nice meal and a good glass of wine, but the options were quite limited.

Located just a block off the bustling Calle Juarez main street, this hotel offers convenience and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. With a walking street just outside the foyer, guests can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and speaks English, providing excellent service. the hotel is close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs. the room advantages were fantastic, with comfortable beds and high, quality linens. the in, room breakfast was delicious and filling, a perfect start to a day of exploring. the public bath was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the Swimming pool was a magnificent feature, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available.

We had a minor issue with the bar/lounge area, the prices were a bit steep. the quality of the drinks was top, notch.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable place to relax. The location of the hotel was convenient, being just a short walk from the ADO bus station and close to the city's main street. Additionally, there was ample parking available for guests. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the reception staff going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were even offered a ride to Playa Norte, which was a pleasant surprise. Another great perk was the variety of channels on the TV, allowing us to enjoy the Academy Awards in English. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was quite expensive compared to what I got for the price. the staff was not as welcoming or friendly as I expected and it felt like they were not very interested in helping guests out.
