Enjoyed a comfortable stay with helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Free tea and coffee was a nice perk.- The hotel's location was perfect for breaking up our journey between the Alps and the ferry port.

The lack of towels and pillows for all four of us was inconvenient. Having only one room key was a bit of a hassle.

Our New Year stay was convenient as it was located in the city center. The hotel offers two excellent services: a baggage storage area and express check-in/check-out. The hotel room also had a mini-bar that we enjoyed.
