The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing clear instructions for late check-in. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities including a large flat screen TV and a strong shower. There were vending machines in the hallway for snacks, drinks, coffee, and ice. The location was safe and had a variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

This hotel is a great find! We stayed for one night on our way south and were very impressed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location, just a short drive from Rouen centre, was perfect. The breakfast offered a good variety and was excellent value for money. we had a fantastic stay.

My Christmas stay was fantastic! The hotel's holiday decorations added a cozy touch to my stay and made me feel more festive. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Plus, I loved that the hotel had a private parking area which made it easy to come and go as I pleased. In addition, the hotel is located in a prime location- it was just a short walk to some amazing restaurants and shops.

The only downside to my stay was that I wished the rooms were bigger. The bathroom was quite small and I found it challenging to get ready in the morning with limited space. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm and stuffy at times. Nonetheless, these were minor issues and did not detract from my enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere with a bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed in the evening on Saturdays, but there are other restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast is good and reasonably priced. There is a nice outside seating area. it's worth a stay.

Our overnight stay at The Originals City was great. We arrived late, but the friendly receptionist explained over the phone how to access the hotel and find our room. The room was clean and had a large TV. The ensuite bathroom had strong water pressure. We appreciated the free toiletries. The vending machines in the hallway were convenient for snacks and drinks.
