The Twenty Lodge- Sha Extra Plus Chiang Mai exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley amongst pretty gardens in the old city. It was a charming setting that truly allowed us to experience the authentic atmosphere of Chiang Mai. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed with lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety of options and had a great atmosphere, and we were pleasantly surprised to find vegan options available as well.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

We had a wonderful stay at the Twenty Lodge. the location in Old Town is perfect, with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. the lodge itself is charming and quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special mention to La, the hotel manager, who ensured we had a comfortable and convenient stay. the breakfast was delicious, and the cook even prepared vegan options for me every morning. the garden and pool area were lovely, and our room was spacious and well-furnished.

There were plenty of mosquitoes around, so be sure to bring repellent. the pool didn’t appear to be well-maintained at first, but management quickly rectified it.

For the price, I got excellent value and the room was really cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, with charming cafes and shops nearby. The wifi in our room, particularly at the back of the hotel, was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. While the breakfast was satisfactory, the options for hot dishes were limited and often not served piping hot, which was a bit disappointing.
