The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The location is convenient with a bus service nearby. Secure off-street parking was a bonus.

We stayed in a hotel on the outskirts of the city, but it was still close enough to the city centre for us to walk to restaurants in about ten to fifteen minutes. It was also conveniently located en-route to the port, making it a great choice for a stopover. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, despite the language barrier. The breakfast offered fresh fruit and there was secure parking available.

The automated check-in system was a bit of a hassle when I arrived early and the reception wasn't staffed until later in the evening.

I had a comfortable stay at a recently refurbished hotel within walking distance of Douai Centre. The receptionist was friendly and spoke English. The private fenced car park provided peace of mind. Good value for money. The town of Douai is interesting, with its famous Belfry and festive celebrations in early July.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to local transport. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty choices. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a gym, which was great for burning off those extra holiday calories!

The room was a bit small and cramped, and also lacked the extra amenities that I was hoping for. The heating system was a bit wonky, making the room too hot at times, and too cold at other times. I enjoyed my stay but wish some improvements were made.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was perfect - conveniently located en-route to the exhibition center and close to both the city center and the railway station. This made it easy to explore the area and meet up with friends. Finally, the breakfast was a standout. The range of options, including fresh fruit, was a delightful way to start the day.

All was perfectly fine during my stay.
