During my recent stay at the beautiful hotel in Marseille, I had an incredible experience. The hotel is situated in a stunning location, offering breathtaking views of the Vieux Port and Notre Dame Cathedral. The terrace restaurant/bar overlooking the port was a perfect spot to relax with hanging chairs that my kids absolutely loved. The spacious and luxurious room we stayed in exceeded all our expectations. To make it even better, the concierge allowed my sons to look after the hotel fish in our room, which made their day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small swimming pool and some issues with the plumbing in one of the rooms, our overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Marseille.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the old harbour. It is in the center of the city and housed in a splendid old building. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. The bathroom is excellent, with attention to detail. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, especially the concierge services. The breakfast is wonderful and the facilities, such as the gym and pool, are adequate.

The pool could be larger to accommodate more guests comfortably.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Marseille for a few days on a leisure trip. The hotel's location is exceptional, just a short walk from the old harbor. The building itself is beautiful, and the terrace offers a stunning view. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is great, and the spa facilities are perfect. The staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. it was a wonderful experience.

Some staff members struggle with their English language skills, which can make communication difficult at times.

The value for money at the Intercontinental was excellent, with a beautiful room and top-notch service. The location was great, just a short walk from the harbor. The staff were incredibly attentive, taking care of our luggage and offering us drinks while waiting for our room. They even brought us hot water when our kettle didn't work. The beds were amazing and the bathroom was spacious and immaculate. Highly recommend this hotel!

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have more variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Marseille and had a great time during my Thanksgiving break. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered a complimentary breakfast and a lovely view of the harbor which was perfect for enjoying the morning breeze. The hotel was situated in a prime location in the heart of the city which made it easy to explore the local attractions on foot. I also enjoyed the spa facilities which included a steam room and a swimming pool.

I did have a few issues during my stay. The hotel room was a bit small for my liking and the Wi-Fi was unreliable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and with a beautiful square outside that leads to the promenade along the coast and to the Old Port. The views from the outdoor bar are absolutely breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The inside bar is also amazing, making me feel like royalty. The rooms are well-equipped and I especially loved the slippers. The staff were exceptional, with a particular mention to Chadi Hashem who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch.

Felt like family, no reason to complain.

The exclusive amenities provided in the spa and wellness centre were exceptional. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring. The beauty treatments and massages were of the highest quality, and the spa lounge was a peaceful haven. We particularly enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sun terrace, which offered stunning views of the surrounding area.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at breakfast. Although the selection of food was impressive, it took longer than expected to have our coffee and cutlery replaced.

As young people, we loved the access to the spa facilities, the delicious lunch at Les Fenetres, and the surprise bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the hotel had a great location with beautiful views.

Felt completely secure, no complaints whatsoever.
