I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Paris. The professionalism of the staff at the front desk was exceptional. Despite the check-in process being quite busy with the influx of tourists, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They personally attended to us during the wait and made us feel at ease. Mr Kareem and the other staff members were extremely kind and considerate. I highly recommend staying here for the outstanding service.

The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, and walking distance from major attractions like the opera and Galeries Lafayette. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. They were always willing to assist, like when the concierge helped us reserve a restaurant despite the language barrier. a beautiful hotel with a Parisian charm that we would happily return to.

The food for breakfast could have been better, as the wait for a table was a bit long.

We had an amazing experience at Intercontinental. The room with a view of the Eiffel Tower was like a dream come true. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were luxurious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was breathtaking. We highly recommend visiting the Opera Salon and enjoying the delicious breakfast at Cafe de La Paix. The service provided by the concierge was outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations, making us feel like movie stars. We can't wait to return!
