Staying at Koh-I Nor was such a convenient experience. The ski-in/ski-out access was fantastic, allowing us to easily hit the slopes. The hotel's ski shop had friendly and knowledgeable staff, and we could literally ski-in/ski-out from the shop. The lockers and drying area for ski boots and clothes were also conveniently located. Another bonus was being able to purchase ski passes directly from the front desk. The hotel staff, especially the van driver, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They picked us up from Les Menuires when we were stranded due to closed lifts and even took me to my shuttle bus pick-up. The reception staff was also accommodating, allowing us to extend our room and checking us out at odd hours. Hotel Koh-I Nor By Les Etincelles made our ski trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet lacked diversity. The customer service in the restaurant was poor, with unhelpful staff and a fake manager who did not address concerns with cleaning tables.

We had a fantastic stay at Koh-I Nor By Les Etincelles. The breakfast and rooms were top-notch, and we enjoyed easy access to the slopes both on and off. The ski shop personnel were extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. The staff who assisted with our luggage were excellent. We were particularly impressed by the general manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The cleaning services were satisfactory, although there were a few occasions when towels were forgotten. However, this didn't bother us. Two standout employees in the restaurant were Florian/Florence, who should be promoted to restaurant manager for his exceptional people skills and problem-solving abilities, and a young waiter who was always polite and went out of his way to assist us. The receptionists, especially the Bulgarian woman, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lastly, we must mention the Cuban bartender and the talented piano player - both deserve recognition!

The main restaurant offers a delightful seafood menu every night, allowing guests to indulge in delicious dishes such as fresh oysters and succulent lobster. the Black Diamond restaurant provides a top-notch haute gastronomy experience, showcasing the hotel's commitment to fine dining. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom and excellent service from the staff. Guests can also enjoy a scrumptious breakfast with a wide selection of options to start their day right.

The live music played in the bar area during my stay was particularly awful, which delivered a less enjoyable experience for guests.

This venue is a luxurious ski-in/ski-out hotel with exclusive amenities, including a Spa & Wellness Centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and more. The spa was the highlight of my stay, with a wide range of treatments available. The staff was attentive, and the massage was exceptional. The pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The breakfast at the hotel was good but could use some variety, as the cooked food was always the same. Also, some of the options were missing, such as fresh berries and oatmeal.

The service at Hotel Koh-I Nor By Les Etincelles was exceptional! I had a small issue with my room key and the reception staff went above and beyond to fix it quickly. They were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome. The location was also perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. The spa facilities were a great bonus, offering a relaxing retreat after a day on the mountain. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. I was very impressed with my experience at Hotel Koh-I Nor By Les Etincelles.
